What I am
Please note that BigislandCNA is NOT a homecare agency. I operate as an caretaker, providing personalized care services. This disclaimer is intended to clarify the nature of my services and ensure that clients understand the independent nature of my role. Thank you for your understanding.
Rates & Payment
Rates are determined by the caregiver (me) and may vary depending on factors such as availability, location, length of visit, holiday/weekend hours, or demand at the time of service.
All rates will be discussed and agreed upon before each visit.
Payment is due at the end of each service unless otherwise arranged.
Accepted payment methods: cash, check, or approved electronic payment (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, etc.).
Late Payment Fee: A fee may apply if payment is not received within 3 days of service.
 
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a 20% fee based on the agreed-upon service in total or we can talk about it. Just call me up. 
Refund Policy
No refunds are given for completed services. Deposits (if required) are non-refundable unless cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance.

Personal care (dressing, bathing, feeding)
Homemaking (light cleaning, laundry, meal prep)
Companionship / respite care
Optional: childcare if applicable
what I do not provide:
No medical care or medication administration
No financial assistance or money handling
No lifting clients without assistance/equipment
