Refund Policy - the basics

BigIslandCNA is a service-based business providing non-medical caregiving. Due to the nature of these personalized, time-based services, payments for completed care sessions are non-refundable.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
