I completed my Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training where I learned essential hands-on skills and basic medical knowledge needed to provide safe, respectful care. I was trained in vital signs, hygiene care, safe transfers, infection control, and how to assist with daily activities like bathing, feeding, and mobility. This training prepared me to support clients with confidence, professionalism, and aloha.

Recently, I had the opportunity to spend over 30 hours volunteering at Life Care Center, where I helped care for elderly residents in a real, hands-on way. This experience gave me a deeper understanding of what compassionate, respectful care truly looks like.
During my time there, I assisted with:
Feeding residents and helping them eat safely and with dignity
Changing adult diapers, always prioritizing cleanliness and comfort
Helping with mobility, repositioning, and other daily care tasks
Spending quality time just being present, sometimes the best care is simply listening and being there
Showering and hygiene care, ensuring residents felt clean, respected, and cared for

Also I am CPR/ADN Certified
